İş-Aile Yaşam Çatışması Ölçeği (WFCS) consists of 10 items and has 2 subscales: İşten Aileye Çatışma (5 entries), Aileden İşe Çatışma (5 entries).
The scale is of the Likert (5 graded) type; responses are scored as 1 = Kesinlikle katılmıyorum, 2 = Katılmıyorum, 3 = Kararsızım, 4 = Katılıyorum, 5 = Kesinlikle katılıyorum. The mean score is used (1–5). Her alt boyut ayrı ortalamayla puanlanır.
The Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient of the Turkish form is 0,86; for the subscales: İşten Aileye Çatışma 0,88, Aileden İşe Çatışma 0,83.
