2. SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties, pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the educational service / digital content / printed book set, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's website www.zaferhoca.com.tr.
3. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT / SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
Product details are included in the order summary.
Prices include VAT. Total amount payable: 0 ₺. Order date: 30 October 2026.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and are informed of the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product and service subject to the agreement, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. Online education packages are assigned to the BUYER's membership account after the payment reaches the SELLER's account and can be used for the duration of the package through the student panel at www.zaferhoca.com.tr. Lesson videos, PDF resources and other digital content are personal; they cannot be shared with third parties, copied or recorded.
4.3. For packages that include a printed book set, the books are sent by shipping to the address provided by the BUYER. The shipping fee is borne by the SELLER. The delivery time is the period stated on the package page, counted from the confirmation of payment; in the event of a delay due to force majeure, the BUYER will be informed.
4.4. If it is determined that the membership account has been shared or the content has been distributed without permission, the SELLER reserves the right to terminate the service without a refund.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. For printed book sets, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without giving any reason. The withdrawal notice is made in writing to info@zaferhoca.com.tr; the books must be returned unused and in resalable condition.
5.2. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (online lessons, PDF resources, test and activity modules). The BUYER accepts that performance of the service begins as soon as the online education package is assigned to their account and that the right of withdrawal does not apply in this case.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is made through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure by credit/debit card, or by bank transfer/EFT to the bank accounts specified by the SELLER. For payments made by bank transfer/EFT, the package is assigned within 1 business day at the latest after the payment notification is made. For card payments, the installment terms applied by the bank apply.
7. DISPUTES
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
8. ENTRY INTO FORCE
By ticking the confirmation box on the order form, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date the order is confirmed electronically.
