2. Information on the Website and Its Use
2.1 The Website is an online platform that provides preparation services for students preparing for foreign language exams. The purpose of the Website is to make it easier, through its courses, for students preparing for YDS, YÖKDİL and LYS-5 to prepare for their exams.
2.2 Zafer Hoca Dil Akademisi alone is authorized to determine how the Website will be used by users, what kinds of transactions can be carried out and how they will be carried out, and which functions the site will perform; to set limits on the transactions to be made through the Website; to cancel or change any of these at any time and in any manner it wishes; and to take all measures it deems necessary for the operation of the Website. You accept this authority of Zafer Hoca Dil Akademisi in advance.
2.3 Providing all technical hardware and software necessary for you to use the Website and the system in general is your responsibility. Zafer Hoca Dil Akademisi is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your software and/or hardware as a result of your use of the Website.
2.4 When purchasing a course package from the Website, you will enter an active e-mail address and a user password. Safeguarding, keeping confidential and monitoring this e-mail address and user password is your responsibility. Change your password whenever necessary.
2.5 On the Website, you can only take the courses prepared by Zafer Hoca Dil Akademisi. Zafer Hoca Dil Akademisi does not guarantee that these courses will meet all the standards of the relevant exam.
3. Rules Regarding Course Packages
3.1 The user purchases the course packages they buy for a specified period. During this period, they may study without limit. When the period ends, their rights expire.
3.2 The courses purchased can be studied on the Website, on tablets and on smartphones. In addition, a lesson book is shipped for some groups.
3.3 Course packages purchased cannot be shared with third parties or transferred. The information in the package cannot be copied or reproduced by any means. The accounts of users found to have violated these rules are frozen. If users attempt to join the course from more than one IP address at the same time, it is deemed established that the user password has been shared; in that case the account is canceled without any further inquiry and no refund is made. The other rights of Zafer Hoca Dil Akademisi are reserved.
3.4 The user may officially return the courses they have purchased within 3 days by stating an excuse. However, the price of the resources that have already been made available on the system is deducted from the registration fee. Books cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever. For those who join in the middle of a course, when they request a refund, the refund is made by deducting the price of the resources provided up to that point from the fee paid. No refund can be made for self-paced groups, since all lessons and digital resources are opened for use. If the book set has not been shipped, only its cancellation can be requested. In addition, a 10% withdrawal fee deduction is applied in the event of withdrawal.
3.5 All natural and legal persons who have the capacity to exercise civil rights may benefit from the services offered by Zafer Hoca Dil Akademisi. Minors who have not reached the age of 18 or who are not of legal age, persons under legal restriction, and persons without discretion may only carry out transactions through their parents or legal representatives. In order to use the Website, you must enter the information requested from you into the system and pay the specified fees.
4. User's Declarations and Obligations
4.1 You declare, accept and undertake that all information entered on the Website on your behalf will be accurate; that you will not enter false, misleading or incomplete information; that you will not attempt transactions that are beyond your authority or that you are unable to perform, and will not make such offers and acceptances; that in every transaction you make you will act honestly, in good faith, with care and with prudence; that you will respect the rights of Zafer Hoca Dil Akademisi and of other users; that you will fulfill the conditions of all services you request through the Website; and that, while using the system, you will not behave in a way that obstructs or complicates the operation of the system.
