Subjunctive Mood (Dilek Kipi)
Subjunctive, İngilizcede öneri, gereklilik, istek ve talep bildiren resmi yapılarda kullanılır. Fiil her zaman yalın (bare infinitive) kalır - özneye göre değişmez.
Yapı
It is + sıfat + that + subject + V1 (yalın fiil)
It is essential that she be on time. (is değil, be!)
Subjunctive Tetikleyen Sıfatlar

Subject + not + V1 (don't/doesn't kullanılmaz!)

⚠ Yaygın Hatalar
Dilek kipi: suggest, recommend, insist, essential, important sonrası yalın fiil. He go (goes değil), he be (is değil).

Suggest that'ten sonra fiil nasıl olur?
Suggest that + özne + yalın fiil gelir: I suggest that he call the bank. İngiliz İngilizcesinde should eklemek de yaygındır: I suggest that he should call the bank. 'He calls' biçimi standart yazı dilinde ve sınavda yanlış kabul edilir.
Should ile subjunctive aynı anlamda mı?
