İş Stresi Ölçeği (ISO) consists of 13 items and has 3 subscales: Örgütsel Stres (5 entries), Bireysel Stres (4 entries), İş Yükü Stresi (4 entries).
The scale is of the Likert (5 graded) type; responses are scored as 1 = Hiç katılmıyorum, 2 = Katılmıyorum, 3 = Kararsızım, 4 = Katılıyorum, 5 = Kesinlikle katılıyorum. The mean score is used (1–5). Her alt boyut ayrı ortalamayla puanlanır. Yüksek puan yüksek stres.
The Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient of the Turkish form is 0,82; for the subscales: Örgütsel Stres 0,78, Bireysel Stres 0,77, İş Yükü Stresi 0,81.
