Lise öğrencilerinin İngilizce dinleme etkinlikleri sırasında yaşadıkları kaygıyı tek boyutta ölçmek için Türkiye'de geliştirilmiş bir ölçektir. Ankara'daki Anadolu liselerinde 9. sınıf öğrencileriyle geliştirilmiştir. Ortaöğretimde yabancı dil kaygısı ve dinleme becerisi üzerine yapılan çalışmalarda kullanılabilir.

The total score is used (0–0). 14 madde 'Kesinlikle katılmıyorum'dan 'Kesinlikle katılıyorum'a uzanan beşli Likert ile puanlanır ve toplanarak 14-70 arası bir puan elde edilir. Puan yükseldikçe İngilizce dinleme kaygısı artar. Ters madde bildirilmemiştir.
The Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient of the Turkish form is 0,99.
