Cameron ve Quinn'in Rekabetçi Değerler Çerçevesine dayanan bu araç, bir örgütte baskın olan kültür tipini belirlemeye yarar. Türkçe uyarlama yükseköğretimde, devlet ve vakıf üniversitelerinde çalışan akademisyenlerle yapılmış; özgün dört kültür tipi yerine üç faktörlü bir yapı elde edilmiştir. Eğitim yönetimi ve örgütsel davranış tezlerinde kurum kültürünü betimlemek için kullanılır.

Örgüt Kültürü Değerlendirme Ölçeği (OCAI) (OCAI) consists of 24 items and has 3 subscales: Yenilikçi takım kültürü (10 entries), Rekabetçi kültür (8 entries), Hiyerarşik kültür (6 entries).
The scale is of the Likert (7 graded) type; responses are scored as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. The total score is used (24–168). Türkçe Likert biçiminde her alt boyut kendi madde puanlarının toplamıyla ayrı ayrı puanlanır; ölçeğin genel toplam puanı kullanılmaz ve ters madde yoktur. Bir alt boyuttaki yüksek puan o kültür tipinin örgütte daha belirgin algılandığını gösterir. Özgün OCAI'deki 100 puanı dağıtma (ipsatif) yöntemi bu uyarlamada kullanılmamıştır.
The Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient of the Turkish form is 0,94; for the subscales: Yenilikçi takım kültürü 0,93, Rekabetçi kültür 0,87, Hiyerarşik kültür 0,80.
