Sağlık Kaygısı Ölçeği (HAI) consists of 18 items. Reverse-coded items: 18.
The scale is of the Likert (4 graded) type; responses are scored as 1, 2, 3, 4. The total score is used (18–72). For reverse items, score = 5 − given score.
The Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient of the Turkish form is 0,88.
