Hollanda Yeme Davranışı Anketi (DEBQ) (DEBQ) consists of 33 items and has 3 subscales: Kısıtlayıcı yeme (madde 1-10) (10 entries), Duygusal yeme (madde 11-23) (13 entries), Dışsal yeme (madde 24-33) (10 entries). Reverse-coded items: 31.
The scale is of the Likert (5 graded) type; responses are scored as 1 = Hiçbir zaman, 2 = Nadiren, 3 = Bazen, 4 = Sık, 5 = Çok sık. The mean score is used (1–5). For reverse items, score = 6 − given score. Toplam puan kullanılmaz; kısıtlayıcı, duygusal ve dışsal yeme alt boyutları ayrı ayrı puanlanır ve Türk çalışmalarında genellikle madde ortalaması olarak raporlanır. 31. madde ters puanlanır. The Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient of the Turkish form is 0,94; for the subscales: Duygusal yeme (madde 11-23) 0,97, Dışsal yeme (madde 24-33) 0,90.
